Always been wanting to post this. Most of the South Indian people have black skin (looks like dried up, charred skin) at the elbows and the knees. Why? And why are our pain parts black? Actually most of the fair foreigners (American, european, australian descent) have red colored skin in the areas of their body which is black for us. Again I am thinking fungal / TB infection in these areas. If we guys do oral sex our faces will go black because of the same infection that is infesting these areas which are black (especially the main parts). So should south indians do oral sex or not (is it safe for us?)

Well, I got some infection in my groin when I was 12 years old (mostly fungal). Doctor gave me Candiderma and I used it periodically but it would not fully go away.It appears that it is still inside the body and needs oral meds. A new doctor I visited recently said generally at such age among children in India groin fungal infection is common. Well as per my experience it is just not on the skin but inside the body as well. I am getting the same itching on my lower abdomen which has not spread over the stomach area and itches. I thought fungal infections are only for people with compromised immunity (as per my internet knowledge). Even other doctor said that fungal and bacterial infections are common among Indians? (what the hell man!). What I observed is that when the body is under stress this infection spreads more and I am thinking if it reaches to the pancreas it would hit it hard that the pancreas would become unhealthy and this may lead to lesser production of natural insulin and thus diabetes.
Well because of pressure at home to reduce weight I would start dieting (mostly on water diet for a month) but then again this would mean less immunity while dieting and if it spread to pancreas then even though I would become slim I would be hit with diabetes. Some where I read fat cells offer immunity and if I cut fat the existing infection (yeah the one from my groin to stomach/lower abdomen) would lead to diabetes.
Some more observations in a later post!
This was my abdominal condition. What ever this infection I felt it made my skin dry as if it was wounded and this feeling of pain was just not on the skin of the abdomen but from the inside within the flesh of the abdomen and my intestines. This reacted to only pencillin class drugs (ultramycin and AZAX-azythromycin ) and gave me some relief but grew back after the meds were stopped.
In 2010 when I was staying in IIIT-H Hostel (Which I was forced to stay due to a rule) an insect bit me in my room. The insect bit me in my year. Soon after that I experienced ringing in my ear and difficulty in my head. I used to feel a minor discharge from my ear into the mouth which the doctor I showed that time ignored. After that I was diagnosed of mites/ticks and was giving permethrin by a skin doctor. Well these episode of something pricking my skin has never stopped and I get it at regular intervals of time especially my groin.I also have itch between my fingers some times. My mother also got the same thing from me.One might ask how but she washes my clothes and sets my bed sheets ,so through this she got it is what I believe. In 2013 I was diagnosed of psychiatric symptoms and was put on (Sulpitac, Pimide, Uvox, Sizodon plus, cloxipixal injections for 6 months as he said my psychosis needs these meds).I have other symptoms like nerve/muscle tingling which the doctor ignored. Some parts on my skin have gone numb and I cannot satisfy the itch on my skin by scratching (some said it is a nerve damage problem) but after 7 years of suffering I found that lyme disease which comes due to insect byte can also lead to neuro psychiatric problems. Recently my mother lost 70% of her vision and I think it is due to late stage lyme disease. (refer the link below)
I told my psychiatric specialist that this lyme disease explains all my symptoms including my mothers but he just ignored it saying your psychiatric dose has to be increased. The name of my psychiatric specialist is Dr.J.Mayurnath reddy and he consults in Yashoda somajiguda. He also diagnosed me of schizophrenia but many of my friends who spoke to me said it isn’t (it may have been for a few months but not now). So the doctor is not listening to me and decided to put me on more meds but if any of you educated people think that my argument is right then align this nature to help me solve it. More over I and my dad are finding it difficult to find the right word for objects these days. My dad says one object for another and this has been happening in my case as well. Few days ago I have been suffering form facial palasy.
Past 3 years I have not been able to sleep in my stomach as well. I kind of have this feeling of pressure in my stomach always that something would rupture or get cut in my abdomen and I get pain.(I am thinking since lyme disease causes inflamation ,it could be that and I also think my case is not the typical lyme disease case).
Will be beaming back up again…Get ready for a life time of building things!
Note: The joints motion and the joints in the robotic surgical arm in the simulator do not emulate the kind of motion that is found in the minimally invasive surgical system live the DaVinci but it will help users move their fingers dexterously and get used to such motion which is typical to the Da-Vinci System. One of the first robotic surgeons said that he got himself trained to it because he was fond of flying RC planes where the delicate and precise joystick control to manage the thrust, direction of the RC plane or Helicopter is crucial. The simulation system here mimics motion found in key hole surgery methods and laproscopic inspections. I think this will help young and novice surgeons to train themselves before they move onto Da-Vinci like systems. However Davinci system comes with a shadow mode which helps in training and I feel that most of the ailments should not come to the point that surgery is needed but are eradicated with one time meds.
